Résumé:

Bilan d’une expérience, cet article est mené dans un souci de standardisation et de mise à jour permanente de nos outils d’investigation. Adaptation méthodologique, technologique et pédagogique oblige. Comment surmonter alors les obstacles inhérents à son élaboration, son application sur le terrain, et son traitement, tâche plus ardue en PVD. L’enquête, demeurant l’outil de base de la recherche fondamentale, s’affronte entre autres, aux problèmes de mentalité des enquêtés. Le manque de consensus sur divers points (y compris l’échantillonnage) entrave sa mise en uniformité, et rend périlleuse toute analogie. Ainsi, le recours à des bases de données et techniques de traitement informatisés, ainsi que l’usage du SIG et du web n’ont pas permis d’atteindre les objectifs escomptés. Nous espérons faire avancer le travail d’enquête en se basant, non seulement sur des ratios et seuils, mais surtout sur une cotation de résultats permettant un comparatif du niveau de vie et d’aménagement de manière systémique.

من أجل نموذج استمارة للتهيئة المنظومية

الملخص:
حصيلة لتجربة سابقة، هذه المقالة تهدف إلى تطوير مستمر لآليات العمل الميداني. ضرورة املتها ظروف التطور التكنولوجي والمنهجي والحاجيات البيداغوجية. القصد هو تجاوز العقبات التي تعترض الباحث على مستوى انجاز النموذج، وتطبيقه الميداني ومعالجة النتائج خاصة بالدول في طريق النمو. الاستمارة سبيل لا محيد عنه في البحث الجغرافي، وتعوقه عقلية المستجوب من بين عوائق أخرى. ولتعدد وجهات نظر الباحثين، خاصة حول العينة المعتبرة، أصبح عسيرا انجاز نماذج تسهل المأمورية على الباحث وبالتالي تتباعد النتائج وتصعب المقارنات. وتطور التكنولوجيا والمعالجة الرقمية لم يكونا كافيين لتجاوز هذه العقبات. ونقترح تقنية تتجاوز اعتماد العتبات بوضع تقييم يمكن من الحصول على تركيب نتائج مختلف العناصر المدروسة والغوص بعيدا في عمق التجهيزات والتهيئة المنظومية.

 A survey model proposal for systemic planning

Abstract :
Being based on earlier experiments, this article is performed to standardize and update continuously our investigation tools, required for a methodological, technological and pedagogical adaptation. How then to overcome the inherent obstacles in its development, field application, and treatment, the more difficult task in developing countries. The inquiry, remaining the basic tool of fundamental research, confronts among others the mentality problems in those surveyed. The lack of consensus on various parameters (including the sampling one) obstructs its evenly implementation and makes perilous any analogy. Thus, the use of databases and computer processing techniques, and the use of GIS and the Web have not achieved the expected goals. We hope to advance the inquiry work based not only on ratios and thresholds, but especially on a quantification results for comparative living standards and systemically planning.
