تطبيق المنهج المنظومي في تدبير النفايات الصلبة بمدينة القصر الكبير

الملخص:
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى إبراز أهمية المنهج الجيومنظومي في الأبحاث الجغرافية، وقيمته الكبرى في بلوغ نتائج علمية دقيقة. وخاصة جانب مستجد يتعلق باجتهادات علمية لإسقاط ضوابط النسقية في دراسة المجال الحضري، بعدما ألفت الدراسات السابقة اعتمادها في دراسة الظواهر الطبيعية ومجالها الريفي.
من خلال دراسة علمية نوقشت تحت إشراف الأستاذ نبيل لحسن أحد النسقيين القلائل بالمغرب، تبرز ملامح النسقية في تكييف ضوابطها مع مقياس خاص بحيثيات دقيقة. ارتبطت بتدبير النفايات بمدينة القصر الكبير. واتضح أن العمل الميداني يخضع لسيرورة منهجية دقيقة، يتفاعل ضمنها المستوى الطبيعي والبشري في تفاعل جدلي مع بعضهما، أساسه الاستمارة المحورية التركيبية والمقابلات الميدانية والملاحظة والتتبع المباشر، فضلا عن العمل الخرائطي المساير للتطور التكنولوجي.
أفضى تقسيم المجال الحضري إلى جيومنظومات متجانسة وفق معايير علمية دقيقة، إلى استخلاص نتائج دقيقة ومنبثقة من مستويات كبرى، في مقارنة موضوعية تبرز الاختلاف والتشابه وإمكانية الخروج بأحكام علمية.

Résumé :
Cet article vise à souligner l’importance de l’approche géosystèmes dans la recherche géographique et sa grande valeur pour obtenir des résultats scientifiques précis. Surtout un aspect nouveau lié aux efforts scientifiques pour renverser les contrôles systémiques dans l'étude du domaine urbain, après que des études solides se soient habituées à les adopter dans l'étude des phénomènes naturels et de leur domaine rural.
A travers une étude scientifique discutée sous la direction du professeur Nabil Lahcen, l'un des rares systémiens au Maroc, les traits de la systémique émergent dans l'adaptation de ses contrôles à une norme particulière avec des détails précis. Elle était associée à la gestion des déchets dans la ville de Ksar El-Kebir. Il est apparu clairement que le travail de terrain est soumis à un processus méthodologique précis, au sein duquel les niveaux naturel et humain interagissent dialectiquement les uns avec les autres, basé sur la forme synthétique centrale, les entretiens de terrain, l'observation et le suivi direct, ainsi que le travail cartographique qui suit le développement technologique.
Le découpage de l'espace urbain en géosystèmes homogènes selon des critères scientifiques précis a permis de tirer des conclusions spécifiques émanant de grands niveaux. Une comparaison objective met en évidence les différences, les similitudes et la possibilité de parvenir à des jugements scientifiques.

Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the importance of the geosystems approach in geographical research, and its great value in achieving accurate scientific results. Especially a new aspect related to scientific efforts to overturn systemic controls in the study of the urban domain, after solid studies have become accustomed to adopting them in the study of natural phenomena and their rural area.
Through a scientific study discussed under the supervision of Professor "Nabil Lahcen", one of the few systematists in Morocco, the features of systemics emerge in adapting its controls to a specific scale with precise details. It was associated with waste management in the city of Ksar El-Kebir. It became clear that fieldwork is subject to a precise methodological process, within which the natural and human levels interact in a dialectically with each other, based on the axial synthetic form, field interviews, direct observation and monitoring, as well as cartographic work that follows technological development.
Dividing the urban space into homogeneous geosystems according to precise scientific criteria has led to the ability to draw specific conclusions emanating from major levels. An objective comparison highlights differences, similarities, and the possibility of reaching scientific judgments.
