الملخص:
يعد المسكن القروي بعالية حوض سمير مرآة للتحولات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي شهدها المجال خلال العقدين الأخيرين من القرن 21 م. فقد تأثر النسيج السكني بضعف شروط الاستقرار، الناتجة عن ضيق الأراضي الزراعية ونزع جزء منها لتشييد سد سمير، إضافة إلى القيود الغابوية والعزلة الجغرافية وضعف التجهيزات الأساسية. وفي هذا السياق، حافظت الأسر القروية على نمط الأسرة الممتدة ، حيث يشكل المسكن فضاء جماعيا يحتضن أجيا ا لا متعددة، يعكس تماسك البنية العائلية وارتباطها بالأنشطة الفلاحية التقليدية .
عرف المسكن تحولات تدريجية في شكله ومواد بنائه وتجهيزاته، إذ انتقل من البناء التقليدي إلى استعمال الإسمنت والآجر، مع توسع في عدد الغرف وتحسن في المرافق الداخلية. ويعبر هذا التطور عن تفاعل المجال القروي مع دينامية التحضر والنمو السياحي على الواجهة الساحلية، رغم استمرار مظاهر الهشاشة في جل المداشر . يشكل المسكن القروي بعالية حوض سمير مدخلا أساسيا لفهم التحول المجالي والاجتماعي، ومؤشرا على تفاعل الساكنة القروية مع التغيرات الاقتصادية والبيئية في سياق سعيه نحو تحسين شروط العيش دون التفريط في خصوصياته المحلية.

Résumé :
L’habitat rural dans le haut bassin versant de Smir constitue un miroir des transformations sociales et économiques qu’a connues la région au cours des deux dernières décennies du XXIᵉ siècle. Le tissu résidentiel a été affecté par la faiblesse des conditions de stabilité, due à l’exiguïté des terres agricoles et à l’expropriation d’une partie d’entre elles pour la construction du barrage de Smir, ainsi qu’aux contraintes forestières, à l’insuffisance des équipements de base et à l’isolement géographique.
Malgré ces contraintes, l’habitat reste un espace collectif qui abrite la famille élargie, reflétant sa cohésion et son attachement aux activités agricoles traditionnelles. Il a connu une transformation progressive de sa structure et de ses matériaux, passant de la construction traditionnelle à l’usage du ciment et des briques, tout en améliorant ses équipements intérieurs. Cette évolution exprime l’interaction du milieu rural avec la dynamique d’urbanisation et le développement touristique du littoral. Ainsi, l’habitat rural apparaît comme une clé de lecture essentielle des mutations spatiales et sociales dans le haut bassin versant de Smir, traduisant la quête d’un équilibre entre authenticité et modernité.

Abstract
The rural housing in the upper Smir watershed reflects the social and economic transformations that the region has undergone over the last two decades of the 21st century. The residential fabric has been affected by unstable conditions due to the limited amount of agricultural land and the expropriation of part of it for the construction of the Smir Dam, as well as forestry constraints, inadequate basic facilities, and geographical isolation.
Despite these constraints, the rural housing remains a collective space that hosts the extended family, reflecting its cohesion and attachment to traditional agricultural activities. It has undergone a gradual transformation in terms of structure and materials, moving from traditional construction to the use of cement and bricks, with while improving its interior fittings. This evolution reflects the interaction between the rural environment and the dynamics of urbanization and coastal tourism development. Thus, the rural housing appears to be an essential key indicator to understanding the spatial and social changes in the upper Smir watershed, reflecting the quest for a balance between authenticity and modernization.
